When is it too soon for Sex?

We're excited to share today's interview with Dr. Arny Olivera who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Sexologist.

Val met Arny over 15 years ago at a club.  Yep, relationships, or at least friendships, do exist after a night out with friends.  Since then, he has become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and last year, he obtained a Certificate from the state of Florida as a Clinical Sexologist.  He has also recently become engaged.

Congrats Dr. Arny!!

In today's episode, Dr. Arny discusses his dissertation on Caribbean men's body style preference in women.  The outcome is not surprising. However, the study proves what we already know.

Then we get into the beef of the episode.  Figuring out when is a good time to have sex with someone you would like to can get a little confusing.  Women don't want to come off as prudes or sluts by creating rules and limitations on timelines for sex.  Sometimes, we just want to have a good time.  At the end of the day, your decision is possibly circumstantial.

Men are just as complicated as everyone is not the same.

The younger generation is hooking up more than their predecessors.  With the advent of Tinder and other similar apps.  Having sex for fun is becoming part of the norm.  However, that completely depends on what you want as the outcome.

Find out more about figuring out the right answer for you.

Dr. Arny really gets into the subject, and we all learn a little more about ourselves.
